November 7, 2025 – Broward Health and Memorial Healthcare System received the Outstanding Healthcare Collaboration Award from the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce for the Better Together collaboration.

The healthcare systems unveiled the historic partnership in March to enhance access to care and improve health outcomes throughout Broward County.
Better Together focuses on addressing the primary and maternal healthcare needs within Broward County communities while also tackling food insecurity.
