Jenna Rodriguez, BSN, RN, MSN, is the Director of Med/Surg and Nursing Support at Broward Health Coral Springs, where she leads the hospital’s medical/surgical units and nursing support staff. With an extensive healthcare background, her experience spans patient access, quality, informatics and nursing.

Before joining Broward Health Coral Springs, Rodriguez served as the Nurse Manager of Telemetry and Interim Director of Inpatient Services at Coral Gables Hospital.

“I am dedicated to improving patient experience, satisfaction and care quality,” Rodriguez said. “My goal is to create a supportive environment where both patients and staff can thrive.”

Rodriguez began her career in Miami, earning her LPN before completing an Associate of Arts in Health Services Administration and an RN/BSN from Miami Dade College. She is currently pursuing a master’s in nursing leadership to further enhance her expertise.
