Sandra Porter Daley, BSN, RN, MSN, has over 20 years of nursing experience and more than 12 years of experience in perioperative leadership at Broward Health Coral Springs. In her role as Surgical Services Nurse Manager, she has led initiatives that improve surgical processes, enhance patient outcomes and boost team performance, with a focus on staff development and quality improvement.

“Leadership in nursing is about empowering our team,” Daley said. “My team strives to prioritize compassionate, patient-centered care while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.”

Her commitment to patient-centered care ensures that the voices of patients and families are always heard and prioritized throughout the surgical experience. Daley is not only a leader but also a mentor, empowering her surgical team to strive for excellence while embracing innovation and best practices in perioperative care.

Daley received her RN in Montreal, her BSN from the University of Phoenix and Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University.
