After undergoing an on-site evaluation and demonstrating compliance with nationally developed standards for stroke care, Broward Health North (BHN) has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™ for certification as a Primary Stroke Center, Stroke Rehabilitation, Hip and Knee Joint Replacement, Alzheimer’s disease as well as certification for Spine . According to The Joint Commission standards, BHN provides the next generation of care to patients.
“BHN strives to provide our patients with the best care, and this recertification furthers our goal of five-star health care. All six of our programs were re-certified without any recommendations for improvement,” said Pauline Grant, CEO of BHN.
