Broward Health North (BHN) is pleased to recognize two outstanding doctors, Marc Aueron, M.D., and Steven Naide, M.D., as this quarter’s Most Valuable Physicians (MVP).
 
Dr. Aueron, a cardiologist who joined BHN in 1988, exemplifies the core values of a MVP by promoting collaboration among staff, working toward improving patient safety, demonstrating professionalism, ensuring privacy and dignity of patients, remaining calm and composed in situational crises and being a team player. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma in Guadalajara, Mexico and went on to finish his internship, residency, chief residency and cardiology fellowship at Long Island College Hospital in Long Island, NY.
 
Dr. Naide, an orthopedic surgeon and medical director of orthopedic trauma, joined BHN in November 1999. He’s being honored for always being attentive and responding quickly to the needs of patients, staff and other physicians while demonstrating professionalism and supporting the hospital’s organizational goals. Dr. Naide earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA and completed his internship, residency and chief residency from Hahnemann University Hospital.
