Cohen has extensive experience in employee benefits. She was most recently the Director of Benefits for Memorial Healthcare System. Prior to that she spent 10 years at the University of Miami as the Executive Director of HR-Benefits. At the University, she oversaw all aspects of benefits for faculty, staff and students and led the group that launched two onsite health and wellness clinics for employees.

 

Cohen earned bachelor’s degrees from both the University of Florida and Florida International University. She is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
