Alexander Justicz, M.D., is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon with the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. With over 40 years of experience, he currently practices with the Broward Health Priscian Group.
“My passion for cardiac care stems from a deep commitment to improving the lives of my patients,” Dr. Justicz said.
Specializing in adult cardiac surgery, Dr. Justicz performs a wide range of procedures, including aortic and mitral valve surgeries, TAVR, coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), off-pump surgeries, the MAZE procedure for atrial fibrillation, TEER/MitraClip and aortic aneurysm surgery.

Dr. Justicz earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and graduated cum laude with his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in general and cardiothoracic surgery at Emory University-affiliated hospitals, followed by a fellowship in both cardiothoracic surgery and research.
