January 27 2022 – We are delighted to share Palm Health Foundation’s 2021 Report to the Community, celebrating our 20^th birthday! In 2001, the foundation’s initial board and staff recognized that there were tremendous needs in our healthcare delivery system and set out to remove barriers to healthcare access for the underserved in our community.

Our first grant was awarded in immediate response to September 11, 2001 – we supplied the county’s hospitals and first responders with communications and biohazard equipment and supported the establishment of a unified set of county-wide protocols to protect Palm Beach County in the face of disasters.

Since then, we’ve continued to support our neighbors by addressing the environmental, educational, social, and economic barriers to health access that they experience. In the report, you’ll see our milestones in these areas over the years:
