September 1, 2022 — Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced today the appointment of Ashlee Knuckey as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.
As Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Ms. Knuckey will have enterprise-wide responsibility for leading Centene’s ethics and compliance team and driving excellence through a program that fulfills the expectations of our government clients, our providers and our members.
Ms. Knuckey has nearly 13 years of experience in handling regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters primarily in the healthcare and insurance industries. She has established a national reputation as a thought leader in government-sponsored and subsidized programs including Medicaid, Medicare, PDP, Exchange and specialty plans. Most recently, she served as a partner at Locke Lord LLP where she was Co-Chair of the Health and Managed Care Litigation practice group and a member of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Knuckey received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University.
