With extensive experience serving in past surgical services roles, Cheri Cartwright, R.N., has been selected to serve as Lee Health’s new vice president of surgical services.

Cartwright comes to Lee Health from Mercy Health System in Fort Smith, AR, where she served as chief nursing officer. Prior to her role with Mercy Health, she was the vice president of surgical services for Duke LifePoint Haywood Regional Medical Center in Haywood, NC. She was also previously the director of ambulatory surgical services for Mission Health in Asheville, NC.
