Paul Thambi, M.D., has joined Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital as a board-certified hematologist and oncologist. He received medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine, where he developed a strong foundation in internal medicine.

Following his medical education, Dr. Thambi completed his residency in internal medicine at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. He further honed his expertise during a prestigious fellowship in hematology/oncology at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Thambi’s specialty interests encompass a wide range of cancers, including esophageal, gastric, colorectal (colon and rectal), liver, pancreatic, small intestine, gallbladder, bile duct (cholangiocarcinoma), anal, and neuroendocrine cancers. His commitment to patient care is underscored by his extensive training and a passion for advancing the field of oncology.
