The future 82,000 SF multi-tenant medical pavilion with ambulatory surgery center began construction in Fort Lauderdale in March and is on track for completion at the end of the first quarter of 2018.

 

At the broker event, Nelson Fernandez, Executive Vice President of ANF Group welcomed brokers and introduced a firsthand experience virtual reality tour showcasing the future medical pavilion.

 

Peter Messina, CCIM (pictured), First Vice President of CBRE who is the brokerage representative for Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion, shared space information along with floorplans and samples of the building’s Class A finishes, as well as tenant and leasing incentives.
