Delray Medical Center receives acknowledgement as a Mentor Hospital by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In addition, the Florida Hospital Association Hospital Engagement Network (FHA HEN) is recognizing Delray Medical Center for full participation in the FHA HEN.

 

Delray Medical Center’s designation as a Mentor Hospital means that the hospital demonstrates outstanding improvement in reducing patient harm across the board. The title encourages Delray Medical Center to share strategies for improvement with other hospitals. Delray Medical Center’s full participation status in the FHA HEN shows that the hospital has been actively working and submitting data on all applicable HEN topics.
