November 7, 2023 – Delray Medical Center announced today it has achieved numerous five-star ratings for specialty care, according to new research released by Healthgrades, a leading resource consumers use to find a hospital or doctor. Delray Medical Center has achieved Five-Star ratings in the areas of Cardiac, Neurosciences, Pulmonary, Gastrointestinal and Critical Care. From 2020 through 2022, if all hospitals as a group performed similarly to five-star hospitals, on average, 215,667 lives could potentially have been saved, and 149,521 patients could have avoided potential complications.*
