Wellington Regional Medical Center will host a Diabetic Education Symposium on Friday, June 30 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. A continuing education opportunity for registered nurses, cardiopulmonary staff and other clinicians designed to educate on different aspects of caring for diabetic patients, including treatment understanding a new diagnosis, early patient education, diabetic diet and community resources available. Participants will receive 4 contact hours. Free to all Wellington Regional Medical Center Employees. $25.00 for non-WRMC participants.
