Dr. Germaine Noukelak is an internal medicine physician with the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics’ West Palm Beach Clinic, part of the Health Care District’s Federally Qualified Health Centers which serve all patients, regardless of ability to pay.

Dr. Noukelak attended Howard University College of Medicine, where she was a National Health Service Corps Scholar. She completed her medical residency at Howard Hospital in Washington, DC. Dr. Noukelak is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, T. Leroy Jefferson Medical Society and the American Cancer Society.

Dr. Noukelak is a founder of several nonprofit organizations providing medical, educational and emotional support services to the less privileged in Cameroon and other parts of Africa and to women, girls and family in the U.S. In 2022, she founded Renaissance Grace Services LLC, Inc. and raised funds to feed the homeless at West Palm Beach shelters.
