Dr. Mariano Faresi is a fellowship trained colorectal surgeon with Palm Beach Surgical, a general surgery practice with Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group (PBHNPG) in Delray Beach. Dr. Faresi is on-staff at Delray Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Faresi is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in colorectal and general surgery. Dr. Faresi specializes in diverticulitis, anal fistula, fissure and warts, fecal incontinence, rectal prolapse, Chrohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, hemorrhoids, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, colorectal cancer surgery, colorectal polyps, high risk and advanced endoscopy, and wound care. Dr. Faresi graduated with honors in 1996 from the School of Medicine at Buenos Aires University. Continuing his education and training, Dr. Faresi completed a general surgery residency and internship in kidney and pancreas transplant at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and finished a colorectal surgery fellowship at UT Physicians Colon & Rectal Clinic – Texas Medical Center.
