Rhoden, a highly skilled fetal and pediatric cardiologist, has joined its esteemed medical team. Dr. Rhoden brings extensive expertise in pediatric cardiology and congenital heart disease to the Heart Institute, which is recognized as a world leader in pediatric cardiology and cardiovascular surgery.
Dr. Rhoden earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and completed her residency in pediatrics followed by a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the same institution. Her clinical interests span a wide range of pediatric cardiovascular conditions, including congenital heart disease, prenatal cardiology (including consultation and echocardiography), chest pain, heart murmurs, arrhythmias, fainting, and sports clearance.
Dr. Rhoden is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. She is a fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the American Academy of Pediatrics, demonstrating her commitment to advancing pediatric cardiology through ongoing professional development.
