Dr. Kole joined Lee Health in 2000 and has served in a number of leadership roles, including System Medical Director of Intensive Care Services, System Medical Director of Clinical Effectiveness, System Medical Director of Specialty and Hospital-based Physicians and System Medical Director of Clinical Transformation. She also worked part-time as a critical care physician with Lee Physician Group Pulmonology, Critical Care and Sleep Specialists.

 

In addition to Dr. Kole’s leadership experience with Lee Health, she also worked as a physician and partner at Jersey Coast Pulmonary and Critical Care in Sea Grit, NJ; as an associate pulmonary/critical care/internal medicine physician at Internal Medicine Associates in Fort Myers, FL.; as a hospitalist; and as a physician and partner at Coastal Internal Medicine Specialists in Fort Myers.
