Dr. Dennis Saver, Indian River Medical Center family practitioner, was one of 82 physicians invited to the White House to be recognized as a leader in health information technology and to attend two national Information Technology (IT) events.Dr. Saver serves as the chair of the Meaningful Use Subcommittee for the South Florida Regional Extension Center and is the past president of the Florida Association of Family Physicians. Dr. Saver graduated in 1977 from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia with continued training at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. Dr. Saver joined IRMC in 1990.
