Kristen Hall is a charge nurse in the Emergency Department at Broward Health Imperial Point, where she combines her passion for service with strong leadership skills. Before becoming a nurse, Hall spent 10 years in law enforcement.

“I’ve always been drawn to serving others, especially in critical moments, and I found that nursing was a natural extension of that same calling,” Hall said.

In her role, she coordinates patient flow, supports nurses on the floor, ensures compliance with safety standards, conducts chart reviews, attends leadership meetings and helps her team deliver high-quality care.

“My time in this field has taught me the importance of teamwork, strong decision-making and the ability to remain calm under stress,” Hall said. “These skills have helped me succeed and serve others with confidence and compassion.”

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and also holds a degree in public administration.
