Hospitals across the country are facing a quiet but growing challenge: aging medical equipment with no clear roadmap for replacement. Much of the infrastructure installed over a decade ago is now reaching the end of its useful life—and many health systems are still relying on spreadsheets and guesswork to decide what to replace, when, and why.
It’s no surprise that for many hospitals, capital planning feels like running toward a brick wall. Department leaders submit disconnected wishlists, finance teams juggle tight budgets, and urgent replacements often take priority over long-term strategy.
That’s why we built Equiply—a platform that transforms capital planning from a reactive cycle into a proactive, data-driven process. And we’re proud to bring this solution to Florida as we officially launch operations in the state, following our selection into the Mayo Clinic Innovation Exchange.
Equiply helps hospitals map their existing infrastructure, analyze lifecycle risk, and plan capital investments that align with clinical, financial, and operational goals. Through modules like CapitalMap, WishlistIQ, and ProcureFlow, health systems can finally see the full picture—what’s aging, what’s urgent, and where to focus their limited resources.
Our work began with hospitals in Puerto Rico, where we helped leadership teams replace outdated workflows with real-time data, structured budgeting, and smarter procurement strategies. Now, with support from the Mayo Clinic Innovation Exchange, we’re bringing Equiply to Florida’s diverse and growing healthcare ecosystem.
Florida is home to some of the most innovative and forward-looking health systems in the country. We’re excited to support them as they look for better ways to manage infrastructure, avoid surprise failures, and stretch every capital dollar further.
With Equiply, capital planning is no longer a once-a-year scramble—it’s an ongoing, collaborative process grounded in transparency and long-term thinking.
As more hospitals look to modernize their infrastructure, we’re here to help them avoid costly downtime, improve cross-department alignment, and make investments that truly support better patient care.
We’re thrilled to expand into Florida and look forward to working closely with hospital leaders across the state.
