Dr. Fonji graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology from The City College of New York and received his medical training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at St. Petersburg General Hospital, and served as residency preceptor for Lakeside Medical Center’s Family Medicine Residency Program.

 

Before joining the staff at Indian River Medical Center, Dr. Fonji served patients at C.L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics.
