Andrew J. Lovy, MD, MS, a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder surgery has joined the Levy Shoulder to Hand Center at the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in Boca Raton, Florida.
Prior to joining the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute, Dr. Lovy worked as a hand and upper extremity surgeon at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Lovy also served as assistant professor, Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Assistant Fellowship Director of the Hand Surgery Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, New York, NY. For his education and training, Dr. Lovy received his medical and master’s degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, graduating with distinction in clinical research. Dr. Lovy completed a residency in orthopedic surgery from Mount Sinai Hospital and completed a fellowship in hand, upper extremity and microvascular surgery from the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN.
