Flagler Development Group (“Flagler”), recently commenced construction of One Seventeen Professional Arts Center, an office condominium for medical and ancillary professionals. Flagler is the developer and Codina Construction, is the general contractor for the project. The office park will consist of two four-story buildings totaling 133,000 square feet.

In fact, more than 70 percent of space in the first of the two office buildings is under contract.

Town & Country is currently receiving a full scale renovation under the stewardship of Owner TIAA-CREF and development contractor Codina Construction, now owned and operated by Flagler Development Group. Flagler Development Group began an architectural facelift and modernization to the façade of the retail center earlier this summer.
