Flagler Development Group (Flagler), the commercial real estate arm of Florida East Coast Industries, Inc., has combined its brokerage and property management operations with Codina Realty Services, Inc., to form Flagler Real Estate Services, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage and property management company.

Flagler Development Group’s president and chief executive officer Armando Codina, announced that John B. Geisen, who has served as president of Codina Realty Services for the past 7 years, has been named president of the newly formed entity.

“John’s solid industry expertise, leadership and relationships have made him an invaluable asset and he is the ideal person to lead the company’s new, more robust brokerage and property management division,” said Codina. “He demonstrates the character and dedication needed to capture and spearhead continued growth opportunities for Flagler Real Estate Services.”
