These locations offer convenient, comprehensive, and highly personalized care with multiple primary care services in one place.

The new Collier, Lee, and Sarasota county locations are part of a larger expansion effort for the Florida Blue | Sanitas Medical Centers. The region faces significant health care and economic challenges, with more than 181,000 uninsured residents in this region (CMS) and 700,000 living paycheck-to-paycheck (United Way ALICE report).

The Florida Blue–Sanitas collaboration has grown significantly, with Sanitas providing whole-person primary care services to Florida Blue members since 2015. Ten new locations opened earlier this year in Jacksonville, Ocala, Sarasota, and the Fort Myers – Naples area, including:
