John C. Johnson, former executive vice president of ministry operations for Catholic Heath East in Philadelphia and former president and CEO of Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale has announced the formation of his own executive coaching firm.

 

A highly respected leader with a proven track record of success, Johnson is a veteran, bottom line oriented executive who has been successful managing large and complex organizations. Johnson brings a unique perspective to C-suite and upper-level executives seeking to work with an executive coach. He has extensive development and construction experience and a record of raising consideration capital.

 

Among his many accomplishments at Holy Cross Hospital, Johnson initiated more than $100 million in capital improvements and construction and raised more than $100 million in philanthropy. Holy Cross Hospital recently announced a $25,000 grant program for food security programs in Broward County in honor of Johnson’s legacy.
