Bruce A. Rendina, former Chairman, CEO and President of Rendina Companies, passed away on December 13, 2006 after a 17-month battle with brain cancer. He was 52 year old. An accomplished real estate developer, Mr. Rendina was also a highly respected entrepreneur and philanthropist, but he considered his role as a husband and father to be the most important in his life.
In 1998, Mr. Rendina founded the Rendina Companies, which grew to be one of the countrys leading full-service medical real estate development firms. He also founded Paramount Real Estate Services, a property management company.
Mr. Rendinas projects include residential and commercial developments in the Jupiter, FL master-planned community of Abacoa that he co-developed with George de Guardiola, as well as the Waterfront Clematis project in Downtown West Palm Beach, a signature, mixed-use project developed with Renaissance Partners.
