November 14, 2025 – Palm Beach County, FL — FoundCare, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing quality healthcare to all individuals regardless of ability to pay, invites the community to its Healthy Harvest Food Giveaway & Open Enrollment Fair on Saturday, November 22, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This free, family-friendly event will take place simultaneously at two FoundCare locations: Riviera Beach and Palm Springs.
The Healthy Harvest event is designed to support families through the holiday season by offering a free food giveaway (while supplies last) alongside fun activities and opportunities to connect with essential health resources. Attendees can meet with FoundCare staff to receive one-on-one assistance enrolling in a healthcare plan, as well as learn more about the organization’s comprehensive services including medical, dental, behavioral health, pediatrics, women’s health, and more.
