FoundCare, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Palm Beach, has expanded to include an office in North Palm Beach to meet ever-growing health care needs in the local community.
Dr. Leslie Diaz, an infectious disease specialist, helms the office. The office includes a full staff of personnel, including ARNPs.
