At the 10th anniversary of Pleasures of the Palate, an intimate benefit dinner for the Diabetes Research Institute, hosts Sue and Doug Gallagher welcomed approximately 120 fellow bon vivants to the events new venue, Emerils Miami Beach. Guests were greeted with glasses of bubbling champagne and passed hors doeuvres before sitting down to a four-course dinner paired with the appropriate wines to enhance flavors.
