mARCH 11, 2024 – The Florida Center for Nursing has released the 2023 NCLEX Report providing information on NCLEX pass rates in Florida. Evaluation of NCLEX pass rates is a critical step in overall evaluation of the State’s nursing workforce. Key findings include:
- Florida produced the greatest number of NCLEX-RN test takers in the nation.
- Florida’s 2023 NCLEX-RN pass rate was 76.75%, below the national average of 88.56%; ranking 52 of 55 jurisdictions.
- Florida’s 2023 NCLEX-PN pass rate was 74.87% vs. a national average of 86.67%; ranking 52 out of 54 jurisdictions.
