Melinda Glasco, Media and Outreach Specialist at Martin Memorial Health Systems, was recently named the Communicator of the Year for a special event. The award was given for her public relations work on the 2004 Martin Memorial Foundation Chrysanthemum Ball, which raised over $1 million for the health system.

Glasco has been with Martin Memorial since October 2001. She is immediate past president of the Treasure Coast Chapter of FPRA and is also a founding member of the Martin Memorial Foundation Lifesavers.
