Grover Corlew, a leading South Florida real estate investment management group, has announced the relocation of UHealth Boca Raton to its new 17,000-sq.-ft. home at 1489 West Palmetto Central. Palmetto Central is a 2-building, 170,000-sq.-ft. campus currently undergoing a $60 million renovation located in Boca Raton.
The transformed 1489 office building is highlighted by sophisticated office spaces with custom buildouts, open patio areas, renovated common areas, floor to ceiling hurricane impact windows and a tiered water featured at the building’s entrance.
With this larger space, UHealth physicians are providing enhanced care to patients in the specialties of cardiology, ENT, neurology, urology, pain management, rheumatology, family medicine and the newly added services of dermatology and concierge medicine, among others. Patients in the Boca Raton area have access to the same level of world-class medical care that is provided at all UHealth locations.
The neighboring 88,000-sq.-ft. 1499 Palmetto Central was rebranded in 2018 following significant high-end upgrades that included a bright, modern lobby, remodeled restrooms and common areas, and new elevator and mechanical systems. Among the prestigious tenants in that building are Hair Club, Gilbane Building Company and Texas Instruments.
When fully completed, the $60 million redevelopment of 1489 and 1499 West Palmetto Park Road will include additional enhancements to fully complete the transformation of the antiquated office properties into signature Grover Corlew Class A buildings.
