Marisel Losa, MHSA, President and CEO of the Health Council of South Florida (HCSF), has been accepted into the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education Program and will participate in the program titled Women and Power: Leadership in a New World. This competitive and exclusive executive education program is limited to only a few dozen participants annually. It focuses on honing the abilities of senior executives by creating successful partnerships that will encourage the creation of a global network of women leaders. Once on the campus, Losa will engage with Harvard faculty and other participants to discuss strategies for enhancing influence and authority in organizational and political contexts. The program utilizes Harvard’s case method in combination with in-class exercises and simulations to sharpen participants’ negotiation, communication, and analysis skills.
