March 21, 2025 – HCA Florida JFK Hospital, part of HCA Florida Healthcare, the largest healthcare system in the state, is proud to announce the promotion of Brandon Barrett to the position of assistant chief financial officer, effective March 24, 2025.
Brandon has been an integral part of the hospital’s finance team since June 2024, serving as controller at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. Prior to that, he was assistant controller at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Ft. Pierce for nearly two years. His career with HCA Healthcare began five years ago when he joined the Physician Services Group in Nashville, Tennessee, where he held multiple accounting roles that laid the foundation for his leadership in financial management.

Brandon holds a bachelor of science in finance from Florida State University’s College of Business. In addition to his strong financial background, he brings the discipline and teamwork he developed as a former linebacker/defensive end for the Florida State Seminoles Football Team. He is also a proud member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
