September 13, 2024 — HCA Florida JFK North Hospital is proud to announce the appointment of Gianluca “Luca” Salvatori as the new Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO). With a distinguished 17-year career in healthcare finance and operations, Gianluca, also known as Luca, brings extensive experience in managing complex business models, process improvement, and strategic planning to his new role.

Luca joins HCA Florida JFK North Hospital from Kaiser Permanente, where he began his journey as a consultant and rose to the position of Director of Finance and Physician HR. During his time at Kaiser Permanente, Luca was instrumental in developing and implementing several performance monitoring initiatives that continue to be utilized across the organization today.

Luca’s diverse career path began in the world of venture capital before he transitioned to the financial entertainment industry. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Redlands. Fluent in four languages, Luca is not only a seasoned finance professional but also a classic car enthusiast and a former motorcycle racer.
