July 2, 2025 – In recognition of Men’s Health Awareness Month, HCA Florida JFK North Hospital hosted an engaging and educational Men’s Health Panel designed to inspire men to take charge of their health and well-being.

Held at Oceana Coffee on June 26, 2025, the event featured four expert physicians discussing vital health topics:
Dr. Juan Castro, Psychiatrist
Dr. Yousuf Gandapur, Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Daniel Hellerstein, Urologist
Dr. Tarundeep Singh, Vascular Surgeon

Both men and women attended the panel, including representatives from various West Palm Beach community organizations, who joined in the conversation about early detection, prevention, and supporting men in seeking regular care.

Community members asked important questions about how to encourage loved ones to prioritize their health and how to navigate screenings and mental health resources.

“Too often, men delay seeking care or avoid important screenings,” said Andrew Wright, COO at HCA Florida JFK North Hospital. “Events like this help us open the dialogue, educate the community, and remind everyone that preventive care can save lives.”

At JFK North, we value the opportunity to educate our community and prioritize men’s health all year long—not just during awareness months.

HCA Florida JFK North Hospital extends sincere thanks to Oceana Coffee for being an outstanding community partner and hosting this important event.
