March 1, 2023 — Andrea Augst has been named the vice president of human resources for HCA Florida JFK North Hospital effective March 1, 2023.
Augst has served as a human resources business partner for HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital since 2015, where she supported the vice president of human resources, facilitated the hiring and onboarding of new employees, coordinated colleague recognition events and employee orientation and assisted leaders with issues and concerns.
Prior to joining HCA Healthcare, Augst served as a special events and restaurant manager, as well as an assistant food and beverage manager for restaurants in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She has a bachelor of science in hospitality management from the University of Central Florida.
