HCA Florida Mercy Hospital announces the appointment of Jessica L. Miller as its new chief operating officer (COO).

Miller most recently served as chief nursing officer at St. Mary’s Medical Center and the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital, part of Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Her leadership experience includes additional roles with Tenet Healthcare and Steward Health Care, where she served as the Miami market chief nursing officer.

Miller holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University (FIU). She is also an adjunct professor in FIU’s Health Service Administration Program, where she mentors aspiring healthcare leaders.
