January 19, 2023 – HCA Florida Northwest Hospital, a 289-bed facility, and part of HCA Florida Healthcare, the largest healthcare system in the state, is pleased to announce the appointment of chief financial officer (CFO) David Paniry.
Paniry brings nearly 20 years of professional finance experience to Northwest Hospital and most recently served as the assistant chief financial offer at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital.
“David joined HCA Florida Healthcare in 2019 and has a great understanding of our organization,” said HCA Florida Northwest Hospital CEO Kenneth Jones. “We are excited for him to bring his expertise and commitment to innovation and growth to Northwest Hospital.”
During his tenure at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, Paniry successfully funded and supported approximately $100M in capital projects including FSED’s, new OR’s, and other facility improvements.

Paniry started his career in investment banking where he spent 15 years working in various trading roles in the fixed income space and rose to become Vice President of Fixed Income Trading at Barclays Capital. He earned his bachelor of science from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
Paniry officially joins HCA Florida Northwest Hospital on Monday, January 23, 2023.
