December 2, 2022 – HCA Florida Northwest Hospital, a 289-bed facility, and part of HCA Florida Healthcare, the largest healthcare system in the state, is pleased to announce the addition of Chief Nursing Officer, Rana Hall.
“Rana has served in various leadership roles throughout her nursing career,” said HCA Florida Northwest Hospital CEO Kenneth Jones. “We are delighted she will be bringing her expertise to our hospital and support us in our commitment with care experience and patient safety.”
Before joining our team, Hall was the ACNO at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital. She has also worked as an Administrative Director for Cardiac Services and Clinical Operations. Hall began her career in healthcare as a phlebotomist and nurse’s aide. She has held various nursing positions in adult cardiac care as well as adult and pediatric emergency medicine.
“I look forward to joining HCA Florida Northwest Hospital and becoming engaged in the culture of Excellence ALWAYS,” said Hall. “Building a solid relationship with my nursing team has always been one of my biggest priorities.”
Hall spent 26 years with Tenet Healthcare and is a graduate of the Tenet Leadership Academy Class of 2018. She received her associate degree in nursing from Palm Beach State College, her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Florida Atlantic University and she also holds a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner.
