February 26, 2025 – HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is proud to announce the groundbreaking of a new 6-story parking garage, which will provide more than 600 parking spaces on the hospital’s campus. This addition supports the ongoing North Tower Expansion, which will include two new floors.
Designed to accommodate the growing needs of patients, visitors, and staff, the new parking garage will greatly improve accessibility and convenience as the hospital continues to expand its facilities and services. The project is expected to be completed in early 2026.

The North Tower Expansion, scheduled for completion in 2026, will provide additional inpatient capacity with new medical-surgical units and expanded women’s health services. Together, these projects will position HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital as a leading healthcare provider in the region, delivering comprehensive care to the growing population of Port St. Lucie and beyond.
