This distinguished recognition signifies the hospital’s commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering work environment for its nursing staff. HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is honored to join a select group of healthcare organizations around the world that have earned this prestigious designation.

The Pathway to Excellence program is renowned for its rigorous evaluation process, focusing on areas such as shared decision-making, leadership, safety, quality, well-being, and professional development. It underscores the importance of nurses’ active involvement in various aspects of the hospital, leading to enhanced patient outcomes, increased safety, higher job satisfaction, and reduced turnover.
