June 23, 2026 — HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital has appointed Robby Payne as chief financial officer (CFO).
Payne joins HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital with more than a decade of healthcare finance and operations leadership experience. He most recently served as regional chief financial officer for Tenet Healthcare’s North Texas market, where he oversaw financial operations for two hospitals and five ambulatory surgery centers and supported strategic growth initiatives across a diverse healthcare portfolio.
Prior to his regional leadership role, Payne served as chief financial officer and acting chief operating officer at Baylor Medical Center–Trophy Club near Dallas, Texas. During his tenure, he led initiatives that enhanced financial performance, supported operational improvements and helped secure approval for significant capital investments that strengthened the hospital’s infrastructure and long-term growth.
Earlier in his career, Robby held finance leadership positions with Community Health Systems, including assistant chief financial officer, and served as hospital controller at Pinewood Springs, an HCA Healthcare-affiliated facility.
Payne earned a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Belmont University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Middle Tennessee State University.
