Brandy Seider, RN, BSN, is the Surgical Services and Pediatrics Nurse Manager at Lakeside Medical Center, the Health Care District of Palm Beach County’s teaching hospital in the Glades. For 24 years, Brandy has proudly served the Glades communities, first at Glades General Hospital and now at Lakeside, leading with compassion, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to patient care. She regularly jumps in without hesitation, staying late to support staff, helping on the floor, and advocating for the resources her team needs to succeed. More than a manager, Seider is a mentor, motivator, and a constant source of support for the entire hospital. Her ability to navigate complex challenges with patience and heart sets the tone for the entire unit. Brandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University.
