Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel announced the addition of health care fraud and abuse attorney O. Benton Curtis. He will join the Miami office as senior counsel in the firm’s nationally recognized Health Law Practice Group. 

 

Prior to joining Broad and Cassel, Curtis served as an assistant chief for the Criminal Fraud Section of the United States Department of Justice. Before his tenure with the Criminal Fraud Section, Curtis served as an assistant United States attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida.
