Feb. 23, 2026 – Healthcare Network has been awarded an Arthrex Charitable Giving Program grant to help support the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, which is owned and operated by Healthcare Network. The Care Mobile is a mobile pediatric office that travels to low-income schools, nonprofits, community centers and neighborhoods to deliver dental and medical care to underserved children in Collier County.

Since 2004, Healthcare Network has operated the Care Mobile, breaking barriers for to care for families such as transportation, language, financial and poor health literacy. Serving nearly 3,000 children annually, the Care Mobile provided 755 medical visits, 2,410 dental visits, including 1,315 fluoride treatments, 1,785 sealants, as well as 2,794 health education visits in 2025.

“The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is the first dental experience for many of the children we see,” said Patty Inks, director of dental operations for Healthcare Network. “For children and families, the Care Mobile offers access to care in a fun, approachable way.  This grant from Arthrex is essential in allowing us to reach underserved children, helping them connect with a dental care team to get them on the right path to good oral health for years to come.”

The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is just one of the ways Healthcare Network is improving access to healthcare in Collier County.
