Lourdes Camps, chief nursing officer at Hialeah Hospital, recently announced the appointment of Sherrill Sorensen as director of maternal-child services.

Prior to joining Hialeah Hospital, Sorensen served as director of nursing for Keiser Career College. Previously, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse for Memorial Hospital West and Plantation General Hospital.
